I was a volunteer firefighter for 21 years, in that part of the fire service you learn who does good quality work in installing the lights and sirens. I was one of those people, the Sheriffs deputies would bring me their patrol cars to rewire or repair their issues because the department would use inmates to install these lights. And simple as them using interior connectors as exterior use would cause their lights to short out on emergency runs, or while stopped on the side of a highway. So they were bringing me these units while I was working.

Rob one thing that I learned about storing soft plastics in non sealed Plano-style boxes is the plastics will start to dry out pretty fast, just an FYI. Beautiful boat 👍🏼

I live right on the bull shoals lake about 15 minutes away from Ranger boats in Flippin Arkansas. That’s where Ranger, bass cat, triton, and now Vexus a new company making awesome boats all started. I actually mowed and weed rated Forest Woods the founder of ranger boats home and properties. I believe swift was also made around here as well. Crazy how far the underwater imaging has come. If you aren’t running all that new imaging tech you can’t really compete with the other guys who are running it. Great video as always

@@codywatson770 KZread is hitting channels hard right now with zero explanation and are shutting off monitization for 30 days. Basically any channels that show hunting are getting hit. KZread finally released that any hunting video is ok AS LONG as it does not show the actual kill of the animal. So how usually they will show the arrow hitting a deer, or have a scope cam to show the shot, that violates KZread policies now. You can show up to the “injury/kill” but not the actual kill. Stupid as hell

You Tube will not stop until anything deemed to be not completely left wing political wise is off the platform. People can debate this all day but it's true we've seen it trending that way for the last number of years and now they are really cracking down. Even if hunting and fishing channels are not particularly political we all know which way those folks lean. How many hardcore leftist do you know that like to fish and hunt. Zero. They also hate anyone that was part of the military or law enforcement or supports them.

So we're changing names like over change underwear now back to lunkerstv. 😂 You should make two channels one for fishing and hunting and then the other one for your podcast or just upload your podcast to Spotify cuz that would be great if you did.

The only thing with putting soft plastic in the cases is after time the oils from the plastic will warp the dividers in the case

Just grind it and repaint it Rob. Then the box will fit. Easy fix. EDIT: On a side note, it is ok to not put every lure you own in your boat :)

I have a ZXR20 getting rigged up now. It’s about 500 miles away, so hopefully it’ll be ready to pick up in a week or two. I really like your FXR! I’m curious to see the little quality issues as time goes on. It seems as though all new stuff this year (cars, trucks, boats, everything!) is plagued with little quality issues.

I'd get tackle box holders made up to fix the googan ones then you could sell them to the public all USA made. Use a gal extra zinc primer first too before paint etc.

I suggest you get a oversized garage. A regular garage is about 20 x 20 a oversize is usually 20x 24. Insulation is negotiable and a Mini split in the deep south is a necessary garage item in my opinion. My next house I will probably build a oversize 3 car garage a 36 x 24 x 12 or 36 x 28 x 12 instead of the 30 x 20 x 8. This should help me from having to build a 12 x 16 shed for my yard work tools, and firewood.

Wrap the boat with clear vinyl or do the exact same pattern. Then it's still wrapped, but you don't feel like it is

I respect your opinion on your skeeter but the Phoenix is a very quality boat. I own one myself and I also have own a skeeter FXR and owned it for 4 months and turned around and sold it. I had problems with screws backing out and I had a jar in my boat to put screws in it so I could put screws on at the end of the day.

I know a guy who bought a 2017 bird Jan this year and his back deck came unscrewed from the cockpit and the plastic dash came loose, had to be replaced, and the jackstand broke off the trailer and they warrantied that too. That's quite alot of issues for such a low hour boat that was in excellent shape when he bought it and he is OCD when it comes to his boat absolutely has babied it. Oh yeah just installed new wiring harness on the trailer the original was dry rotted and cracked and wouldn't stay in the plug. My Cobra Viper DC 2001 still has the original boat harness 🤷

why are you blurring FXR in the rod lockers? i switched from a new skeeter to a 920 Elite, so much better built. the skeeters fall apart in front of your eyes, mine cracked the gel coat in 3 places as well. plus they ride like a flat bottom!

Please get some silicone spray or something on that garage door it's squeezy and noise ASF. If it's the chain get some chain lube. Boot looks good shame you have to fix some issued and you should have gone with a minkoda trolling motor they're the best of the best although Garmin are good tbh surprised you're running 2 brands of fish fingers etc.
