in first gear it will judder you will need to get the up graded clutch plates ,there's only two to change .standerd size is 0.20 you will need 0.23 this will stop the judder and hesitation

The clutch basket was knackered. The dealer refused to replace it so I returned it and got a refund 👍

riding the same bike for two years now...the noise in the clutch is 'normal'- from the springs on the clutch basket...and yes- around 3.500 rpms feels like a tractor :) that's normal for this bike...well it desires higher rpms and some speed :) but it purrs lika a cat when riden on higher rpms or 300km/h :) great bike...crazy bike..powerfull bike...

9:48 the clutch is generally noisy we had one to convert a quad and it made a racket but apparently its usual u can hear it a lot on ours i believe its a slipper clutch

They sound great don't they mate! Haha this is me thinning out the collection 🤣 Seriously though, I saw this one at such a good price that I decided to trade the monster in against it. I'm in the process of returning the hayabusa back to standard and also considering selling the 916 😉👍

them bikes are horrbile at low RPM they need to be opened up. but if you think its more like that check over the bike air filters and sparks seemed to get skipped alot of the time.

Your new bike looks and sounds great. Remember my first ever ride on an R1. Up to that point I'd only ridden an ER5 and a GSXF600. My god. It was slightly smaller, much lighter and more than twice the power... The old 'we thought it was one owner from new. As its has more, it's worth less..' sounds a bit suspicious.

A nice touch for the Raven Black are the genuine tank and rear fairing gel badges in Gold as opposed to the stock silver.
