Honestly that's why I love this hobby so much. Its the cheapest hobby. I also play guitar and that hobby is SO much more expensive. Like £150 for tha absolute cheapest guitar. If you want a good amp, you have to start at a minimum cost of £700 or so With cubing, it's so cheap that I just buy all the cubes. I don't really have a main, I don't really speedcube, I just collect them and solve them in whatever amount of time I can. But the fact I can get a top of the range cube for like £20 is so cool. It's cheaper than how much I'd spend for a Mcdonalds meal, you know. Its just great

I'm maining a very budget YuXin Little Magic, I broke it down and magnetised it, adjusted tensions and lube & I actually rate it really highly, it's slightly more stable than my gts2m - got the 3m on the way though... LOVE THE PABLO ANIMATION!

My main is the GAN 11 M Pro, ONLY because it’s practically ruined other cubes for me because it’s so light. Every other cube feels like I’m solving a brick. I like the Valk 3 Elite, but I’m not a super accurate turner so I locked up frequently. I loved my GTSM2, but I moved on to other cubes after several months of it. I’m glad you found a new main! I’m hoping soon, as newer cubes come to the market, that I’ll find a new main that isn’t a GAN. Not that I don’t like it, but I enjoy having options.

@@four_cubed I got an email saying you commented! Sometimes, it takes over a year to get a reply lol I ended up getting that WRM 2021 and I loved it, but once the next iteration of GAN's cube came out I got that, and of course it improved on the previous one so that became my main. I've been in that MoYu and GAN flip flop for a bit now and I have the GAN 13 as my main but.. it's got some flaws of its own..

And man your editing is excellent And also thos thumbnails are just out of the world

still maining the GTS3 M.. i know it gets a lot of flak bcs of the ridges but i really love that feature of the cube! and yeah, i perfectly agree with you that a cuber should pick a cube that suits him/her.. not pick a cube bcs a popular cuber uses it or its the most expensive one, i could main a guanlong (not that i would lol) and i would not care about about what others say because its the perfect one for me.. and the most important of all, just enjoy cubing and i assure you, that you will improve faster!! great videos as usual cubehead!!

Could you do a video on how to set up cubes depending on your preferences? I’d be very helpful

I main the Valk Elite and it’s dope. I have it set up with weight 1, Light magnets and medium springs/tensions

Tbh I love you videos and think that they are exemplary. One tip I would give however to add insight into for choice of mains is do an average of five for each puzzle. Now I know for KZread and entertainment purposes you would probably like to keep it short and do just one solve, however one solve cannot determine the quality of the puzzle. There are always going to be easy and hard scrambles. A way I think to maximize the efficiency of a puzzles quality and likening would be to test the puzzles further. Otherwise I really like your cubing videos and I hope you have a splendid day 🙂

I'm getting a Cosmic Yuxin Little Magic for Spring Break! I've heard really good things about it. Let's hope it can be my main.

the cinematography in cubehead's videos are just absolutely insane... the only thing equivalent to this cinematography is probably cube solve hero's editing. combine these 2 and you will be mind blown. you know cubehead and cube solve hero, hint hint hint work together hint hint hint

I think that everyone takes for granted how well he puts together his vids. I love how cinematic they are sometimes.

I have found that the Yj yulong works really well for me when I set it up with the Gan lube :)

As of now, I have the Qiyi Thunderclap V3 M, with some DNM-37 lube in it. I'm going to upgrade to the X-Man Tornado V2 M, the Cuber's Home version, with some Mystic Lube and DNM. I really want the Tornado because, I don't know why, I really like the black internals and the rounded center. It just appeals to me for no reason. :p
