I checked 9n the EBV test, IgM & IgG value just now. Says normal levels are both less than 0.9. My IgM is 0.4, but my IgG is 7.5. I think it means I've had Epstein Bar virus in past and or the high IgG level could be due to my autoimmune disease. The test summary says, "False negative IgM results may be found in immunocompromised patients. EBV-VCA IgM appears 4-6 weeks post infection and may be present for 2-3 months." But says nothing about high IgG. Hmm.

Hey Vickie, that was a great breakdown of the results from your tests. It's a shame your Rheum isn't open to interchange with your Naturopathic Dr Mine is actually for the diet and was his first suggestion on our first visit. Forks over Knives I can't think of a question at the moment. Went to my grandsons high school graduation 🎓 and my brain is off lol. I'll give it some thought 💭🤔😊

For your interview I’d like to know where and what us in our 80’s can do to eat and buy the healthy foods that don’t have potatoes & grains and hidden dairy in them. I have advanced Sjogrens and all the works of conditions that go with it! Old and have allergies to tons of medicines and pain management! Prayer is my Lord is my strength! Love your videos & you! Much thanks. Sandy , Johns wife!

Thank you! I will ask this question. Knowlege about what we eat & drink, I'm learning, is pivotal to managing our inflammation triggers & helping us live our best with our health challenges. I just put a link at top of description box for an interview with Dr Kenley done live 6 years ago on the channel Medicine Talk. In it he describes why * how he came to do Naturopathic medicine & his role at a teacher/guide in the patient - provider relationship. He's also a believer in Jesus Christ.

Also, we can read lables for words that mean dairy & or potato derived Ingradients are in it. These words are many & confusing, a new language for me. I've included lists of words & the ingredients they signal are in the products. There's also a web site that gives good info. Will find it & put here in comments. 😊

I’m so glad you got your results back. Cutting dairy will help reduce inflammation so much! It’s interesting because I’m going to be interviewing someone on my channel re Sjögren’s and on his website I noticed him saying most Sjögren’s patients have Epstein Barr!! And now you’ve had it. It’s also funny that I was telling a friend that I want to test for Lyme and telling her to because I know that can give off ME or chronic fatigue symptoms. If you do have Lyme, my understanding is you could be better with antibiotics within weeks! (Don’t quote me on it though 😂). But I really hope so! I’m so happy you are getting answers and therefore solutions. 🙏🏻 Very informative video. I’ll definitely think of a question for your naturopath. That will be amazing. (Now I’ve written a book 🤣). Btw your latest video has comments off. ❤️💕
