The LA Coliseum race was so much fun no matter if it was the main or the heats.

This was my first nascar race finally was able to go to one and it was amazing, i loved it so much. Next gens sound and look soooo good

This was an awesome race! Will definitely remember it forever. I love how close the Next Gen cars look like their street counterparts. Cannot wait for Daytona!

I made the trip from Florida and it was totally worth it. I didn’t know what to expect, I was a little nervous but NASCAR really did put on a great show. The track put on a better race than I thought it would

This was my 2nd NASCAR Race that I have ever been to since the 2012 Auto Club Spring and it was awesome! Also glad to see you there in person

Took my brother to his first Nascar event - we had great seats in turn 2 and plenty of sunshine all day, overall great event!

I was a couple sections over in 112! This is such a fun way to relive that awesome day. Great video! Still can't believe I got to be there.

Very cool FPV Eric. What a spectacle, I was enthralled watching it on TV and I'm only 180 miles away!

I love the track, I also did a NASCAR Pre-Race Gaming Stream.

The Coliseum has also hosted two Olympic games. 1932 and 1984.

This was my first race and I absolutely loved seeing and hearing these cars in person!

The Money Team has been a thing for years in boxing. That hat you saw was one of their boxing hats.

No matter when we had the Heats or Main event, this will be the Clash I'll always treasure

This was way better than the pro bowl. Also those tunnels where designed in 1921 and built in 1922, the average height was lower back then.

When I was at the first ever playoff race in Las Vegas in 2018, bottled water was $6. It was 110 degrees outside and about 120 in the stands; or as I called them, the BBQ grill. Seemed a bit like extortion to me. "Wanna live? SIX BUCKS!"

@@darthhull85 The difference is that there were more than 100 cases of heat stroke during that event. I personally witnessed at least eight people being carried out of the stands. Brad Keselowski won the race and while I would have loved to stay and participate in the celebration, I NEEDED to get out of the sun myself.

cameo @1.24 ! waited in the scanner line for 20 minutes to be told I actually needed to wait in DIFFERENT line first to get a barcode. Then I needed to get BACK in that ridiculous line (by this time it was backed up all the to that super long boom mic now). Needless to say ...I didn't rent a scanner lol

The coliseum is made for football and amazing track and field, not for the stupidest move, presence in motorsports.

Hey Eric, if you ever come out to Knoxville for Trucks, hit up. Its definitely a show in person TV can't justify!

Trust me the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum looks way much better at night time especially with the fireworks and peristyle going off hopefully Nascar returns next year and perhaps have the race around 5 or 6 o’clock PM PST

It’s crazy to think rally cross and the stadium super trucks use to drive under the paristyle

Would have loved to gone to the race especially since I grew up in Pasadena. Despite what all the critics say I think the race was great and it showed the versatility of the drivers.

I loved the race and the heat races, I could have lived without the concerts with Pitt bull and ice cube. But Nascar got a huge win in my book !!!

Jordan Taylor was there? You should have got an interview with him or at least asked him what he thought of NASCAR, and The Clash at the Colliseum. We should replace the All-Star Race with Bowman-Gray Stadium and dump Texas Motor Speedway. Then hopefully we can completely remove Texas from the schedule to add Rockingham or North Wilkesboro.

so not to sound crazy but what is the reason you cant rebuild the field on top of the pavement? Is that a dumb idea I have no clue I don't pretend to know anything about anything. Was a great event I enjoyed my experience we will definitely go back if they have it again

I was in row 23 and I’ve been to rocket launches, air shows, F1, Long Beach GP, NASCAR @ COTA… NOTHING and I mean NOOOOTHING Was as loud as this event

It was placed there in 1983 for the Olympics and it still sits there to this day but there used to be a small scoreboard until they replaced it for the peristyle and the small torch that Jeff Gordon had was a donation from Greece to the LA Coliseum for the 1984 Olympics and to this day we still use it for any major event by having it pointed to the Peristyle to light it up
