I've learned from having VSG since 2015 you don't need the toddler plate. You can basically use salad plates which are the same size.

I'm in the process of getting approved for gastric bypass surgery. Just need my labs and my psychological evaluation which is on 5/31. I cant get enough of these videos.

I've used these containers even before going this route and they really are the best. They hold up in the top or bottom rack of the dishwasher too. No sealing issues and I haven't had any stain either. Definitely worth it.

I used to do keto, so to hear you did keto throughout is a great relief. I'll stick to keto for at least the first year (though I know I'll miss mashed potatoes, lol). You look amazing! OMG out of all the videos I’ve watched ahead of my surgery November 1st, yours have by far been the most informative. I, too, am an older woman and definitely want pointers on how to best eliminate the excess skin after VSG. I’m interested in knowing your workout regimen. Did you know on the premier website you can buy a sampler box, it helped me a lot with not over buying flavors I thought I would love post op and ended hating.

Loved your video!!! Also wanted to share, Tip* The isopure protein powder. Try mixing it with a little cold water in a separate cup first. Then add it to your hot beverage or soup. This will solve the problem :)

Hello, great video. I love the idea of the kids dinnerware the ball in the plates.. I’m officially one month out from VSG surgery and have been using regular dinnerware, but I will definitely be getting some children’s plates and bowls. Also, the vitamin B melts I think I need that as well. Thank you for all the suggestions.

I take Bariatric Advantage brand. Calcium and daily vitamin also B12 and Vitamin D.

I just started drinking coffee last July. I had my surgery last January. However, I only drink decaf.

The vitamins. Those hurt my teeth so much And taste terrible

The Keto diet will cause hair loss that could be the reason your hir started shedding

I wish I could find a "To the point" list without having to watch these long videos that go on for 40 min.

I will be doing gastric sleeve done soon ❤ did you have any complications other than the gas pain after surgery ? I was going to get bariatric surgery in 2012 when my dr offered me it but I backed up I was already in the process of getting it done but I was too scared 🥹 I did my research about bariatric surgery, wls, gastric sleeve and gastric bypass for many years now 😊 so I feel like I’m ready now to get it donee ☺️
