I'm a Type one Diabetic myself and I know from experience that it's pretty scary to have your blood sugar drop low on a plane. Rosie if your blood sugar is high you need insulin and if it's low then you do need sweets. ❤ Love that your educated on what Diabetes is.

I wish my mum surprised me with a first class flight ✈️. But for Christmas she is gonna surprise me heheh 🤭. 🎉🎉

I’ve flown to Americas and Europe back and forth many times and have experienced emergencies on board loads of times. Not once have they made an emergency landing in another country for those people. One time a guy was bleeding from his ears for hours and he was pale and weak because of blood loss and couldn’t stand anymore, passenger doctors on board stayed with him the whole flight while he layed there flat on the floor. Upon arrival he was still alive but in and out of conscious and needed to be carried out by ambulance staff who were right there waiting for our plane to land. The guys became sick on beginning of the flight and there were a few countries where they could have land the plane before crossing the atlantic ocean yet they didn’t even think of landing somewhere to get him help. It’s scary to think that they won’t do that for anyone else either. We can only hope that if something happen to us, that we make it to the other side of the world alive.

You definitely have the best mum Rosie that was an awesome surprise first class that’s awesome have a safe trip to LA and back to England to save travels to you and your family Rosie

Hey Rosie, I bet you were rarely caught off guard when your mom showed that you were riding in first class how amazing I’ve never flown in my life so you must’ve been so excited and such a lucky girl to be riding in first class. I’m glad to hear that the diabetic patients made a full recovery and you were still able to make it to LA. I’m going to watch the next video and I will be caught up and I will see what you were up to in LA lucky girl.

I love when the toilet scared the poop outta mum😂. Also how nice you were so concerned about the sick passenger. Im very happy he made a recovery. Have a blast and stay safe!! Also im cringy when you put your fingers in your mouth 😅 lol

Love your mom..hi from nurse Beth..love you both_blood sugar low..always milk and sugar,,the protein in the milk floats the sugar .and it stays in your blood stream longer .I feel for the poor man I hope he is well .he could easily go into a coma with a low blood sugar. Sending him prayers for the gentleman,,I am glad he made a full recovery, glad all remained calm that is the key. I run super codes all the time,

HII!!! I am diabetic! If his blood sugars are low, he does not need insulin. He needs quite a few sweets to get his blood sugars up! But if his blood sugars were very high, he would probably need some insulin if he didn’t have any💕 love your content rosie:)

The place you were showing on the map was remote northern Canada which would have very limited access to any kind of health services.
