Hi I’m Fiona! I started this channel a year ago as a way to document our family life and share tips about yoga, birth, breastfeeding and mothering. I have two children, both born at home, breastfed for over 2 years each and I practice many other elements of attachment parenting too. I am currently pregnant with baba number 3, due this summer :-) I am a yoga teacher specialising in Pregnancy and Birth and a breastfeeding support volunteer so many of my videos will cover these topics. Thank you for this inspiration for a blessing. Along with my doula, we are planning a blessing for this coming Sunday as I'm 33 weeks along. These are lovely ideas and we are dialing in the details now. I've asked friends near and far to bring a bead along with them to create a mala...I find this especailly meaningful. Great video suggestions. Thank you. I’m going to plan one for a dear friend of mine but she will be delivering in Feb ( covid) any suggestions how to modify? I will begin brainstorming

oh how lovely! Your friend is lucky to have you prepare something so special for her. I suppose it depends on where you live and what restrictions are in place? Could you have it outdoors? Or have a plan B online? (not the same I know 😔)
