PAC 265 right out of the box started shaking from the handle at the joint where its attached.now bristles are coming off with subsequent washes. I use brushes rarely and therefore it’s surprising that the make quality is so poor.i wash my brushes with shampoo and dry them upside down.

Hmm interesting coz it has never happened to me. You can contact them and report your issue and ask for replacement? Bcoz the product seems faulty
