Actually Kiko said once Andre Matos (the singer) asked to him go to the studio again to record the original one. But when Kiko and Sasha went to studio, it's the last day of recording so they just "forgot" to record it and finished something else.

@@michaelmitchell570What? Sepultura consisted of Max Cavalera, Igor Cavalera, Paulo Junior and Adnreas Kisser in the mid 90's. Kiko Loureiro never played in Sepultura, he played in Angra.

His control is impressive, but I don't think handedness matters much. You pretty much have to train both hands to play well anyway. I've always encouraged lefty students starting out to just learn right handed. It's always awkward in the beginning anyway, may as well make life easier down the road.

He is left handed? Been listening to the band for the last 10 years and I didn't know this. A funny thing is that one of my brothers is lefty and plays right handed. When he learned to play the guitar, he would borrow one from a right handed friend. He had to invert the position of the strings to play and then when he would return the guitar back to his friend, he had to re-invert the strings back. He got tired of doing that so he learned to play right handed.

Oh, the memories. The first concert I ever attended, Angra and Sepultura tour, Vitória 2009. I was late, missed maybe one or two songs... I was running, searching for my friends. At the exact same moment I found them, you started playing this riff. The joy I felt surrounded by my (still) best friends is something burned into my mind. I'll never forget!

So cool knowing what's behind a riff, the story, the previous versions and stuff like that.
