As a native english speaker with converstational knowledge of spanish, I totally would have just said "resolvido" as well. I mean... "resuelto" isn't exactly intuitive.

Now im going to see the one in spanish just cuz i love the way you talk so much

That's so funny! you said "I had to give the hour every few minutes". That is the way you say it in Spanish (anunciar la hora), but in English we say "I had to announce the time". You are adorable!

you speak flawlessly in your two languages... spanish is my first language and my second language is english and i speak is perfectly, ive been speaking english my whole life but i still make mistakes and my accent is audible. youre really funny and cool also i just subscribed!

😹😹I have said resolvido my whole life🤔 Sometimes I make mistakes in English, natives speakers don't make fun of me😛 😭😭I don't know what's wrong with us latinos, we do make fun or criticize people who are trying to speak Spanish😭😭😭

"acolchado" means the same as "colcha", and it's a masculine noun ;) I guess one of the thing that make spanish difficult for other people to learn is the fact that A LOT of countries use it, and each one has different words for the same thing. (And while you could say the same for english, it's MUCH MORE noticeable in spanish)

There is a radio station in Dallas, The Ticket, where these type of mistakes are laughed at and not seen as a big deal. Some stations take themselves too seriously, in my opinion. If you're not reporting news, relax. Maybe even then, too. On air mistakes just make you human. In some ways, I think that it creates a connection with the listener. The only unforgivable crime is dead air, I believe.

By the way, when you were going to say "colcha" and accidentally you threw out a male pronoun ("un") you could have saved the day by saying "acolchado" which is pretty close to "colcha" in meaning (it means quilt). Buy yes, I know... hind sight is twenty-twenty.
