It's really painful *IN MY OPINION* I think horse back riding and gymnastics is the most painful (I only capitalized the in my opinion so people will know it's my opinion not there's😊)

Yeah that happens. I do taekwondo and I once made the mistake of putting my thumb inside my vist... Mind you, I was already quite experienced at this point and knew why not to do that! tbh the main reason gymnasts get up even after a fall is because they HAVE to. you must salute the judge before leaving or your score could drop or not even be counted. i’ve had routines where i fell 3 times and wanted to quit right there but was forced to keep goin lol
