Do you use the face scrub on a daily basis? Or do you do this on days you workout? I'm currently using it, but only use it 1-2 days a week.

I actually only tend to use the face scrub twice/max 3 times a week, ideally pre shaving to get rid of those pesky dead skin cells and raise any hairs. It is the beginning of the Film American Psycho but the film is old. The onli thing you really need to stay young ist sunscreen with a photostable UVA protection.

I have the opposite issue where they are uncontrollable at times, think Borat..! I would say this might still help shape, but otherwise I've read coconut oil can help. Never feel ashamed or lack confidence when it comes to looking after yourself and looking good. Most guys use lots of different products, but they don't talk about it. Let me know how you get on with coconut oil. C

I enjoy the amateur videos out there - for me, they are the life-blood of KZread - but I also very much enjoy the professional approach which you have taken here, in your debut video. The background music fitted in perfectly with this approach. Not sure I could ever do Senor Bale justice, the guy looks like a Greek god in the film, but I did my best and thanks for watching! C

When I do this kinds of skincare "regime" I always tend to get late. HAHAHAHAHA

Yeah that was one mistake on the video, but hard to translate. This would only be once a week, then every other morning the same but without the mask. Face masks are great but never over use as they can create problems. I'm thinking of doing a video on it, but I would recommend a firming mask like this, once a week and a cleansing/clay mask once (max twice) a week, but in the evening. I would also steer clear of most 'peel off' masks that are charcoal based, they often just dry the skin out and remove moisture. My faves are Origins Charcoal, Lab Series and for moisture/hydrating, Aesop, but it is pricey. C
