i love the way how you deal with your scars. my arms are covered from scars too, but im definitely not brave enough to go outside without long sleeves. you're such an inspiration for people who self harm. thank you

It's healthier and less filling. It also makes you less bloated, also it's a good alternative if you're lactose intolerant. So it's not "wtf"

oh wow, that's really original. how many google searches did it take to find that one? and i'm not wrong. telling her "oh you shouldn't self harm" isn't going to solve anything. some people cope with things differently. last time i checked, you aren't her mommy. i'm not saying self harm is the right thing to do, i'm just saying there are other ways you could help her maybe stop besides telling her not to and that it's wrong.
