i dont use face wash because i am a child i am using soap and then i am go to the dinning and i eat breakfast then i enjoy my day

I'm a dentist and we recommend fluoride toothpastes as they prevent caries. Basically don't get carried away with the natural ingredients claim. They do add chemicals but don't reveal it, which makes it more suspicious than those that come with an ingredient list and use ingredients which have been researched, tried and tested for years.
