They compliment mama bear the same way, she's a grown ass woman as well, there's nothing wrong with complimenting somebody that looks good, I think you're just jealous at this point and nobody needs to be a chibi anime character to look cute, humans can look cute as well and it's not like they are saying they want to marry her.
