Pricing is more compared to local vendors, they charge too much for transportation, tax and loading, unloading charges. All together these charges add to the overall price.

But big tiels always problem. Incase ondu tiles enadru biddu broke or bend adre whole tile annu change madbeku aguthade ... better to use 4 × 4 or 4 ×6

Could be, but big tile looks better since less joints compare to small, like marbles come in big size, ya depends on individual 🤗

@rprabhublr yes ,it looks beautiful . But after 5 to 6 years later, it will get slightly bent because of the weather and air pressure. May be in bangalore it will work, but the rest of the other place is very difficult it will diffently react on weather. I am from mangalore, my relative 4 years back, same like this did now one by one tiels slightly looking bend.. then, depending on children's or sometimes by mistake, something will fall by our hands , we never knows ✋️.... hope so your house tails will be strong life long .... and your house was very beautiful 😍

No u cant polish that metirial once it will fix….It wont observe anything and life is better then real marble and it is easy to maintain
