Is it a big pain if a cable or outlet fails after you’re all moved in? I imagine an electrician would have to tear up the wall/ceiling to isolate and then fix?

I planned on using the nest smoke detectors for my new build in upstate New York. However, there is a recent rule where the requires the heat sensor in the garage to be able to communicate with all of the smoke/co detectors. Since Google does not have such a device, we unfortunately had to scrap this idea.

The waterfall and fireplace is built into the building an already came with it! Terrace overall I will cover in next episode.

Very cool condo and space, but definitely too much smart home for me. I would not feel comfortable with sharing so much private data of my home with so many different companies.
