I really wish I woke up early - I'm such a slug, it takes me like three hours to get out of bed lol. In saying that I love the mornings where I wake up early and have nothing on. Life's struggles haha!

just what I needed to see! thanx for this vid. I am trying to practice mindfulness and stick to a healthy routine. my ex bf broke up with me nearly a month ago and it has knocked my confidence quite a bit. trying to love myself again, realise my self-worth and value. Mindfulness is something I come back to and I try to meditate or practice gratitude and yoga to try ease the mind and body stresses.

Love the morning routine and avocado toast is the best! I haven't tried it with sesame seeds yet but I certainly will. Much more minimalist than what I've been doing with it. i can't wait for my tree to give me avocados it has some now but they are teeny tiny by October we should be able to start eating them i can't wait because year round can get tgem in the super market but they are expensive in Florida i don't get that lol just about everyone has a tree here and everyone has a mango tree

I use Crop makeup and facial cleanser/ moisturizer! I got mine from Coles. Have you tried putting Lemon Pepper on your Avocado toast? Thats what I have every morning and its delicious (its in the masterfoods spice section)
