My friend's dad ignored them and got on drugs; she found him and all her siblings put him in a home; and it is now his power of attorney and ensures he gets everything he needs. She doesn't take one dime from him. I told her she is taking "honor thy mother and father" to a whole nother level...she has the purest heart.

Love to see another black man and father speak out about this behavior and extend love to the McKnight kids. ❤️ Families go through things, but something is (and has been) really wrong with Brian. Everyone was coming down on his kids a few years ago following his statement about money & entitlement.. 🙄 but the more he reveals himself, the more the public sees that this is a wicked, self-loathing and hateful man who is showing that he never truly wanted or loved those children or their mothers. He “provided” for them out of obligation but resents them for existing, which is crazy. We have to collectively speak, promote and do better for our villages. ❤️

I never thought negative about his children. I knew he was lying about them being entitled. When is it wrong to ask your dad for money. I asked my dad for money and he never snapped. He said he never took care of them so what’s the entitled part. People just jumped on them because he had enough fame and people didn’t know his background. Like, him beating on his ex wife. Even his oldest son spoke on how mean he was to them and their mom and how afraid he was when he came around.

When my dad passed away when I was 13 my grandfather became more involved with me and my brother and he was no joke. I needed it because my mouth and temper would have landed me in jail. But he imparted GODS WORD and his wisdom into me. At my big age I never forgot every lesson he taught me every correction and his love for all his grandchildren never stopped. My children lost their dad two years ago and my brothers stepped up regardless of mile my kids know there is an army of men that don’t play about them. #FATHERMATTER🙏🏽❤️

He said that the songs he wrote during that time were based on the relationships of others and not the relationship between him and his first wife because he really never loved her. Not only did that troll throw his biological children under the bus but he trashed his relationship with his ex-wife even though she raised their children and took his beating. His current family is in for a rude awakening.

I don’t even see my first comment on this , but this is so disturbing, disgusting as a matter of fact , how does a man talk so casually and negatively about his own children in the worse kind of way . They are are part of you . Did you not plant that seed , and are they not of your blood? Brian’s words spoken, doesn’t he know that his children will never forget what was expressed, it’s painful and hurtful, they may forgive but I doubt they will ever forget. Men need to worship women. This would make them protect women and the children that we produce. Worshipping men gives them a God complex We do need men, but we need them to honor their roles as protectors and providers as opposed to feeling as though they are here to dominate.
