This filth of a so-called "mother" being was never a match for this role. First thing this character asked in the video after the daughter's return is "Did you read my letter?" Not "how are you?" or "what do you like to do now?", no, her letter, her sacred childish traumatic experience, is far more important. And when the daughter asked to take the bracelet back, this filth said "I wondered if you'll ever ask" - that is one of the "important things" she was wondering about. Do you see this? Even after she has royally f*cked up, she was still so self-centered and never came back to the hospital to apologize for her behaviour. At least her daughter had the brains to ditch mother right after going out of the hospital, so she would finally have a motivation to wonder a bit about someone else's thoughts and feelings.

It sucks to how Ariel’s mom have been abusing her by making her life stressful and difficult because of what her parents did to her as a kid. But knowing that she still cares deeply about her mom by realizing that she was blind after treating her wrongly was really strong of her.

I cried so many times, it’s hard to count. This story is sad, and touching, it just breaks my heart.

First, let’s take a moment to appreciate her dad! He loved Ariel, and I understand why he couldn’t live with her mom! Even so, he still kept in touch! Anyway, I’m glad her mom realized her mistakes. I was actually also mad when Ariel was trying her best to do what her mom wanted but when her mom got mad at her for trying her best but not being perfect, Ariel just felt sad for letting her mom down. It’s good Ariel got to follow her dreams and ambitions!

That bracelet was so cute yet so dumb at the same time haha! It represented the significance of their relationship, and although it was kind of toxic at first, they worked it out. Happy to see that, and thank you MSA for this!

Mother and daughter relationships are tough loving magical and amazing. Motherly love will go on forever and will never stop cause deep down a mother still loves. I just love the lesson this story teaches kids. When your parent abuses you for years and years for something petty and make you feel bad and give you Past Trama, just forgive them when you figure out they have a small, tiny, microscopic little sad but no that big of a deal backstory which isn’t even that bad or reasonable. Then they just say sorry and you forgive them what amazing, writing keep it up (Edit) How has this not gotten popular yet
