My Luke Just Can't Lose...

Ойындар

The goal is still master rank with every character in the game, and we're starting off strong with Luke! Lots of content creators and pros are putting the protagonist as a top tier character. His damage and tools are incredible and are getting me some big win streaks in ranked.
Street Fighter 6, the next game in the iconic series, will release in 2023! Take part in the Fighting Ground, which focuses on the classic fighting game experience with modes from previous games in the series. Two new modes will be available alongside: World Tour, an immersive single-player story experience, and Battle Hub, which will further expand the scope of player communication and engagement. Your Moment. Your Fight.

    It doesn't combo. He did the wrong ender by accident. If you do OD Flash Knuckle when they're on the ground, you want to medium flash knuckle maybe. There's no micro walk. Now if you do something like the Triple Impact autocombo, it puts them in the air before you do flash knuckle. In this case, rising uppercut will combo

    Very noob question, I'm sure, but why don't people play more defensively in SF6? This is my first real SF game, and I'm only just below gold, and watched plenty of fighting games on and off over the years. I'm a Ken main rn, and I enjoy having projectiles and AA. Whenever I have HP advantage and the opponent has no ranged option, I just play pure defense and let the enemy come to me. It makes for very easy AA into dry jumps and fireball spam just builds my meters while depleting theirs. I know it probably makes for boring and frustrating gameplay, but I don't understand the constant offense and putting yourself in danger when you could just play reactively in the neutral. Obvs some characters have easy or superior ranged capabilities, but in the matchups where you are favored in that regard, why wouldn't everyone just play reactive defense? If I have HP lead, fireball spam and reactive defense just wins me games constantly. If I have nothing to lose by staying in the neutral why would I go in? I really don't get the constant spam rushes looking for openings. I am looking for a genuine answer, trying to learn more.

    You're doing the right thing by not approaching midscreen when you have the life lead, I think you're just giving the people you're playing against too much credit for knowing what they are doing by asking why they put themselves in bad situations by being overly aggressive

    @yuckfoutube3 for sure. And I'm definitely a shitter playing against other shitters, but I see so many dry jumps even at top tier that are just asking for AA. I know that pros obviously have a ton of mental stack on what the opponent could do, but I just feel like I never randomly open myself to stuff that everyone else seems to. Who knows, if I reach higher up, maybe I'll just realize what the deal is. Just trying to absorb as much info as I can

    I may only be plat scrub right now, but here's the answer to the question: drive. The drive system as it is works in a way that lets the opponent gain more when you attempt to zone them out than if you pressured them with buttons. It is understandable to zone when you are lower on drive guage, but you can make drive back even faster if you hit their block with moves. And ken especially has some insanely good button pressure on block that bullies the opponent far more. This hurts their block more as if you merely threw projectiles they can just hold parry and recover that way. But when in their face they'll be wary of that option since ken can simply throw them. The idea is that burnout is incredibly bad and ken can damn near walk you across the screen and keep himself plus while the opponent is in burnout, leading to easier wins than if you just zone with him. TLDR: zoning in advantage may help your drive guage but it definitely doesn't hurt the opponent enough to be worth it

  • @roachdoggjr4648

    @roachdoggjr4648

    @abdulazizmohammed8797 That makes a lot of sense. I'll have to pay more attention to that when I watch people constantly pressuring a blocking opponent. Thanks!
