I am such a routine person, but my routines differ based on my energy levels.
In this video, I show you three different versions of my morning routines based on how much energy I have.
Starting off with my low energy morning routine; where I complained and whined about how tired I was, didn’t put energy into my appearance and shared some tips on how to still get things done despite feeling tired.
On to my mid energy morning routine, which is what most of my mornings look like. A mixture of getting things done, and having fun.
Lastly, my high energy morning routine, where I disturbed everyone around me, did my workouts in the morning and spent more time doing things I love.
