I just made these for my daughter’s 3rd birthday and they turned out great! It took me a frustratingly long time because I’m not a baker but she loved them, the kids loved them, so it was worth it!

Everytime I attempt to do rainbow colors within the same cake or cupcake it turns out strange. You are amazing.

Ok-I neither have the skills nor the patience to do My Little Pony or rainbow cupcakes like these BUT the idea of some kind of coloured cupcake baked INSIDE an icecream cone is so cool! I’m totally giving this a try the next time I’m in the mood for making cupcakes!
