We continue the Life Story...
This is part one of a multi part series on my life story. Not many know about my life prior to CrossFit. I have talked about it on a few other podcasts, but this will be a full walk back down my life to where I currently am. I struggle with people actually wanting to hear about it, but many have asked and I do think there are some nuggets in here that might bring some perspective and insight. I will not do all of these episodes back to back, it will take some time to get through most of it. We continue my life story from when I was picked up by the "goons" and then I was brought to Utah to the "Woods" and spent two months in the woods...learning, failing and coming to some pretty big and real realizations about my life and what it was going to look like for the foreseeable future...
