Your mom did a very great job teaching you Hindi and that also in a foreign country. One should always be proud of their language and learn it well. But here in India... despite of living in their native country some can't bother to learn their native language and they also brag about how they don't know their mother tounge properly like it's something very cool or to be proud of 🤷 and really don't understand how difficult it could be to learn a language that you talk daily.

Yeah in Italy obviously English is first obligatory foreign language to study and then as your second foreign language you can choose between French and German. BTW I'm from Italy studying at high school and I choosed both French and German. And I'm your big fan too. 😊💜💜

ok so that doctor thing I relate to that too, my mom told me that it would be nice if I became a doctor and when I asked her why she said "because there should be a doctor in our family so that we dont have to go to the hospitals and spend thousands of rupees just for a simple checkup" and tbh she is right, coz the hospitals in India can get wayyy to expensive like we would have to spend thousands just for a bed, so I guess thats why Indian parents want us to become a doctor
