You know what I've just finished watching the whole video I think it was lovely seeing you all eating a meal together could you possibly do another food family review respecting that your wife doesn't want to be on camera but a close-up of the food with a thumbs up or a thumbs down not many seem to do this

I find the fish and chips in Wetherspoons very disappointing, unless that’s just my local branch!

I've got to admit, with there being that many jewels in Whitby, I've never been into the Wetherspoons Where you are because I look at the front of it and see it is always packed out, so it puts me off going in - But I didn't realise it was that big inside! Cheers Si! 👍

Glad i left Whitby Endeavour (The ship in the harbour) or i'd be gibbering in a corner with the amount of people for food and drinks, they do lovely fish and chips by the way if you havent tried it out.

Amazing how busy Whitby is, and how busy Wetherspoons is. Almost too busy really. I am sure I speak for many of your viewers Simon when I say that we would love to see the enigmatic and elusive Mrs M on camera. (While respecting her right to decline)

Y'Know what? I have never had any "bad" food in a 'Spoons....Yep, it's not a Three Star Michelin place but it doesn't purport to be!!! In fact, a couple of years back they did a "Street Food" kind of Menu and one of their Chicken Sandwiches was AMAZING....Wayyyyyy better and wayyyyyy less cost than a lot of the more trendy "Pop Up" kind of places... Their Order on App. initiative was ahead of it's time (And had a good few free pints free courtesy of that and Social Media, back in the day!!!)

UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY WATCH YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE THAT A WHITBY EATERIE IN WHITBY OF ALL PLACES CAN RUN OUT OF FISH.

Hi Simon looked very nice, I must admit I've not been in Wetherspoons, for a while, I must give it a go again

Haha you gotta love Whitby, already missing it and I was only there a fortnight ago. Used to go as a child last week in June first week in July,no idea why my parents chose those weeks. Seen a lot of changes since those days. Got to admit I don’t bother with Fish n Chips from a pub as they have always been a disappointment, pubs do other meals that are great so I say leave the Fish n Chips to the Fish n Chip shops. Is Robbies chippy still going at bottom of Carlinghow? At one time they were nice but I moved out of the area years ago.

My wife and I had fish and chips in Spoons, Clapham Junction yesterday, REALLY good, fish so big, I could not finish it, I paid £21 for the 2 meals, a large Kopparberg gin and tonic and an excellent pint of real ale!!
