About the slow paced content; the type of content I watch on youtube that falls into this category is usually random games' "Let's Play"s that the youtuber comments on the gameplay, actually analyzes the game and gets deep into exploration, lore and stuff like that. another type of thing I watch is pure commentaries with no other stuff going on in the background. they are really enjoyable when I like the creator or the topic. I don't expect similar stuff from this channel alone but I always enjoyed being here. Keep it up man 🙏

I also started working out a lot more recently and I'm still playing the game fairly much but its very sad to see the playerbase fall, its really easy to see right now. Focusing on school and have improved my grades a lot which I'm very proud of. Very glad you're coming back we have missed you!! But yeah Iv done a lot of self improvement and started to take a more serious approach to life than I used to do when I just sat home playing the block game.

Mostly been focusing on school, working out, and generally improving myself recently. I'm finishing my first year of college and just trying to enjoy life atm. When it comes to working out, I've been working out for a while now but things were going slow until I started really focusing on gaining strength recently. I've hit several prs in the past couple weeks including my first plate on bench! Working on switching to calisthenics and im actually going rock climbing tomorrow with some friends. Lastly, I know this is kind of getting long but I finally started running a couple weeks ago as well and am working on training for a half marathon this fall. Wish me luck! You're so real for saying that you don't want to make Specular into just a money grab channel. Literally the same thing with my channel; I don't really have a passion for content creation as a career but I want my channel to just be something for fun to post on. Personally, i have been focusing on my personal life and school, i got a main role in a play so that is sick. I'm spending a bunch of my time memorizing lines for that and running my scenes and blocking. Actually this Saturday, i have a 9 to 9 rehearsal with the main roles. Yo, I'm glad to see you back. I'm looking forward to what you are gonna do. I've been focusing a lot on relationships and getting out of my usual introverted life and starting to actually address my mental health that was really shitty. I've managed to make new friends, get a girlfriend, and I'm starting to plan my life after graduation. I still love minecraft and play it, and honestly being happier in life and a bit more in shape feels like it makes me better at minecraft. So to all the sweats: Get a life and you will get better at minecraft. You might even have the benefit of actually learning hot to be a normal human around people and then maybe contribute to making the community less toxic and more accepting.

What I've been up to... So first off, I'm 50k words into a novel while also playing Hypixel and being in my senior year of high school. Ive edited some montages in the past few months and I've had a social life for the first time in years. KZread in my opinion is getting stale, as a viewer, so it's nice to see you back. Been feeling a bit weird about what I actually want from life in the past few months. Went through loads of different realizations and still not sure where to go. I also started and stopped again uploading to youtube which I wanted to do for some time also. It just felt too forced and not fun. Also stopped playing minecraft for a while and came back to it with a thought of just playing and getting to a certain milestones I wanted to get to before and most likely quit again once I figure out what I want. I have so many things in different niches I would want to do and know I would be able to accomplish what I want if I actually tried. I have a nice life where I don't have to worry about food or having something to wear which I'm really grateful for. The thing is that it's the hardest place to start doing something from, not enough motivation for anything. I just don't have a purpose for any of those things I feel like, I want to actually do something with myself but I'm already doing pretty well so why bother. The fear of failure is a big part of it I feel like, what was your last video about. It's just thatI already got rid of the things like what other people think about me and there's basically just one thing still present. If I had no life and had nothing to lose there would be no question to just start whatever I want at that time, nothing to lose, right? I will have to figure this out. The latest thoughts going through my head were that I'm still in school and have more than 7 hours almost every day to do whatever I want. The thing is that I actually have nothing to lose If I didn't try, I would spend that time watching youtube or something anyway so it's the exact opposite of what I subconsciously think. Just have to get up and do something now...

The content I enjoy watching is videos that focus on the storytelling rather than the editing style. If the story benefits from a slower pace then great, if it benefits from a faster pace then great, if it benefits from sound design and really guiding the viewer through the story with excitement, then great. This is also the content I am making on my other channel, focus on telling the story in the best way.
