for someone that has suffered with anxiety and come and go depression its nice to know that there are other people going threw the same thing you never know what goes on behind the camera and mic

all good g, ik how hard it is to keep motivation, its not easy without any other social life, and im dealin w the same shit rn. hope all goes well, and even when it gets hard, make sure u dont go too far. ik from personal experience, that it can just make it worse

We all love ryft and I’m sure a lot of content creators that are in the comment section can understand this. Keeping up your mental/ physical health is hard when Covid hit a lot of us were at home and playing video games all day long. Speaking from my own personal experiences it hit me hard college was harder and I didn’t have a social life from 2020-2021 I decided to take a break from streaming making videos, and work on myself. Making videos and streaming all day long isn’t a easy job it takes away a lot of energy and time. You have to be consistent and you have to get enough sleep. A big factor of being healthy is also working out and eating good food, I really agree with that point bc it’s easy to fuck your health mentally and physically. A few months ago I was at 240 lbs(keep in mind I’m 6’1). I hit the obesity level and it was really bad. After taking a break thankfully I’m at 200lbs tight now and feeling way better physically and mentally. To anyone out there always put yourself first taking a break isn’t wrong and it’s always better to take care of yourself. And most and for last don’t stop grinding always do your best no matter what you do

No matter how long it rakes you to upload we will all wait. You make everything better for everyone and inspired everyone to get better and also start yt themselves. So NEVER GIVE UP!! Keep Up The Good Work Legend!!
