He is just a gem. It’s hard to focus on what you’re saying because he’s stealing the show just sitting there.

aww thank you. Until about halfway when he's tired of sitting nice and starts fussing! But I knew if i stopped filming, I would have a hard time finding time to restart!

I had natural my first delivery. On my second delivery the first thing I told the nurse is “bring drugs”!! The anesthesiologists was in surgery so I had to wait a few hours. The pain was so much worse than my first natural delivery. I was sooooo happy when I saw the doctor walk in. My first son was 9 lbs and 9 oz they had to do the suction head thing like David. I keep adding more comments while I’m watching the video. lol

Wow good for you!! Haha yes I knew right from the start I wanted the drugs!! Even the 20 minutes for it to kick in was terrible. I can't imagine having to wait hours like you had to ah!!

Loved hearing your story. Isn't it amazing how each labour is so different. At 3 cm I was in such INTENSE pain that I needed the Epi lol I moved during the Epi too. That was the worse experience of my life but I couldn't of gone any further without it haha

Thank goodness for epidurals! I definitely could not have delivered without it. How long were you in labour for?

@@ChristyTV300 as much as I hated going through it, I would get it again if we have another child no questions!! My Epi only completely worked on one side of my body at first so was still feeling intense pain on the other side for ages. I had to lau on my side the whole time to move it around lol. From Water breaking to him in my arms, 9 hours. It went extremely quick for me though. I felt like there wasn't time to even think about what was going on!

Ah that is terrible that the epidural only worked for half of your body. I can’t even imagine the pain. But yes, totally worth it all in the end 💙

My three were all natural. The main reason was because I was terrified of that needle going into my back! (I'm a registered nurse now, but wasn't at that time!) I actually ended up working NICU and saw many epidurals being administered and knew I made the right choice for my three pregnancies! I could not have sat still through that! Lol. The hospital I worked in, the OB's try to use vacuum assist as a last resort. But, that could just be the hospital I worked at? If the baby was having low heart rate we were headed to the O.R. for sure! I loved that type of nursing, but really got burnt out on that hospital work! Thankfully, I am able to work as a nurse from home during this pandemic!

Wow you are amazing to be able to do all three natural. I think if I would have tried natural the first time, I definitely would be insisting on an epidural the next time haha. I am so happy that I didn’t have to have a c-section after everything I had already done. Thank you for being a nurse and working during these crazy times. Glad it can be from home for you now. ❤️

I had my baby naturally. I always thought I would have some sort of pain meds. It’s amazing what our bodies can do but I was def screaming loudly lol I also had vacuum assisted and my poor girl had so many bruises but she healed

Wow you are amazing to be able to deliver pain med free wow. I guess vacuum assisted is pretty popular. I am just happy not to have needed an emergency c section!!
