If you have the time,make sure you chop the onions incredibly fine...or GRATE the onions. The idea is to dissolve them into the risotto so they do not create texture you don't want. Chef rush knows that, but chopping coarse you can finish much faster on higher heat. So he made a choice of speed...otherwise it has to be done on low heat to get it to come out correct.

I appreciate the long flight and the dinner you made for that family in Compton. You deserve everything you have in life, you’ve come a long way brother

So nice to see two strong cultures, enjoying different tasty unique recipes. And may I say. It would be nice to sit between the two of these gentlemen. And try some of what they are eating. Because it looks so scrumptious.

Sometimes i gotta be reminded of the magic. Chef Rush is continuing to serve. I'm amazed watching him cook I can taste it through the phone sometimes you just don't get that every where. Its truly inspiring to see a master at his craft.

Te hai mai fatto un risotto come si deve? Se la risposta è affermativa allora dovresti sapere come si fa e che non si parte dal riso bollito per fare il risotto.

@ChefRush Could you try to introduce gumbo to your Korean friends? From what I know, gumbo is well-known in Louisiana, southwest of your birth state: Mississippi. It's hearty with a little spicy flavor plus adding rice. It's like when 육개장 (Spicy Beef Soup) meets 부대찌개 (Army stew) and 해장국 (Hangover soup). 부대찌개 - gumbo is similar to that because of a mixture of ingredients; mainly the Andouille sausage. 해장국 is considered to be one of the "hearty" Korean foods and so is gumbo. 육개장 shares a similar spice level as gumbo. I know that Koreans would love this dish.
