as a man who walked with a torn acl and meniscus for 2 years. yes you can walk and do everything just slight discomfort, you get used to the pain. (i enjoyed the pain)

If you dig a little deeper, you’ll see that your prognosis is inevitable death. Nice knowing you. But realistically, unless you sustained some type of trauma, it’s more than likely minor soft tissue irritation that will go away on its own in a few weeks. If it progressively gets worse go get it checked out. Yes I’m a licensed physician
