To start congrats at being on yt for so long! Definitely impressive! One day would love to start my own as well for fun. Secondly, I definitely feel you when you said the research stuff faded after a while. Obviously there is a lot to learn but eventually you do notice a lot of the same common themes. It can get a bit redundant lol. The only area I guess that is the hardest probably just to read and learn is real estate. But otherwise great video and good luck! Definitely keep working towards the goals!

Absolutely. I'm so sick of that kind of attitude. Work is work. I hate the concept of "skilled labour". ALL work is skilled and we ALL deserve respect no matter what we do.

@@brittanymorgan09 it also takes more skill to do things that are physical. You can google anything and plagiarise and report in a consulting firm.

There are definitely smarter ways to pursue FI. Check thefioneers and money flamingo blogs. They are truly smart during the entire path to FI. They don't only focus on the goal.
