When I win the match, I receive research points for the vehicle, but my OBJ 292 is already at maximum, I can't grind with it

Nope as it was an event vehicle, the only way you can get it now is trough event chests

Have you not been playing 10.0 at all recently? There are like 300 players with ussr and 50 of all the other nations combined of course gaijin makes ussr vs ussr battles
