i was a bit annoyed with how OP long shots were and the lack of reactivity from the controller to the game meaning the ball control was rubbish.but except from that it was nice

a lot of people hop on for a few and judge it with bronze players. I played on - got promoted divisions - got lots of RP per game and bought some very top tier and mid tier players to see if it is different. It really makes a difference. Players feel better and your team as a whole feel better. I had 83 rudiger combined with bastoni and they both were solid. People really need to play past the first few games, once you delve deeper you will want to get into the next game straight away. Also thought the whole skin and level up system was great and easy to understand after a while. And the boots,gloves etc customization?! OMG YES

Agree. I spent gold and bought instantly 70-76 players. Than after 30 games i got rudiger mbappe and halland

I hope they listen to Non-rats reviews of the game and build on it. The players could have no faces and shitty graphics but if the gameplay is good, consider me a fan. Can't wait to never touch that EA BS game ever again.

I liked some of the menu stuff, I think it’s a more ethical system to obtain players rather than just packs packs packs.

UFL has the motivation but not the Resources to make a great game EA has the resources but not the motivation to make a great game

it's beta but as of now I don't care much about how it loos or plays. I'm just happy there's competition. Competition is always a positive. it wll push all partied involved to be better

Lol ! I absolutely love how philosophical and perfectionist is Inception about game. If EA had inception as tech director they’d make the best football game in history 👌

they need to fix the delayed touch afer receiving the ball the heavy acceleration/touch when trying to sprint and the heavy left stick

I was very impressed with the attacking AI. Players made runs and also stopped themselves from runs that could result in offside. Keepers sometimes feel stiff in the box, so that needs work. Overall, I am very impressed and hope the game keeps growing. It might be a good alternative to futbol games currently

there's a good motivation behind the development of this game, unfortunately it's still lacking a lot in my opinion. it seems it would be easier if all these developers and people behind the good choices worked in a project with more background.

Inception, i couldnt agree more with the forced play in EA, it is soo infuriating, even if the outcome is positive i feel like 'i didnt do that', so there no real feeling of reward, so whats the point? Im happy to lose games as long as i feel im in control and players are reacting the right way, then its only myself to blame, and upto to me to get better. Looking forward to these new games entering the market will be breathe of fresh air, i love football games and desperate for one i can genuinely enjoy. Keep up the good work 👏

It is good in graphics. But the play needs to improve in terms of through passes and interceptions.

The pass speed is just as ridiculous as fifa so that must make online players happy

I’m not gonna lie, I have been absolutely loving the game, the fact that if you understand how to properly press and manually defend you get rewarded is really refreshing

The core issue with UFL is animation composition. Try to cross the ball for a a header, it's clear if they have lacking animation for a certain position, that transition is missing. And when you have it, it's badly timed. Also the speed of transitions look totally unrealistic. Quick transition happen in real football but it's obviously chaotically timed.

It's impossible to make a good football gameplay with current 3D systems. The human body mechanics are so hard to make them right. Most of the other games have motion captured sequences for every interaction. In football, this is vastly more complicated.

The cancel pass thing is a thing in game but only on GK kicks and free kicks. If you press pass and the guy marks your defender you press pass again and the gk jutters and stops

Playstyles need removing also I just want plyr movement... Not Playstyles to. Win...

playstyles are not the problem, the level to how much better playstyles make the mechanic is the problem. Finesse plus has been in the game before, just not as finesse plus. Fifa 22 messi hit finesse from like 45 yards and shit like that. Concept of playstyles is fine but its too basic in what it improves, and it improves it WAY TOO much. The rest everyone knows how shit the game is

Because now instead of actually being Good at the game it won't matter because doing basic stuff is not rewarded unless you have a playstlye you won't get an animation. For example let's say I'm a rank one player with a team that has no playstlyes but I play against an opponent who is rank 4 or 5 or just even half a braincell and he had a team with playstlyes then my chances of winning are decreased

AI Interceptions ruin passing in EA. If tackling manually was rewarding and AI interceptions were nerfed it would basically fix EAFC

Honest opinion there are lot of problems in each and every department in UFL. They need to fix a lot of problems before release. Otherwise EA killer(UFL) would just be the new PES.

I think it will take a few iterations for the game to come close to EAFC and unfortunately because of FUT EA can hold onto most of the licences.

UFL is just FUN, EAFC is not. I've played about 100 games for 2 days, and want more. My full 88-91 team with 3-4 traits for each players. Final open beta stats: 50-25-25

Honestly if this is the game I am good with moving from EA. Done with them.

There’s no scripting in the game that’s apart of their pitch.

Looks interesting, but they need to work on the physics, because rn the games looks kinda scuffed. And not to forget that it all comes down to content, because if there aren't any new additions, nobody will play the game. In fifa you know there will always be new content, that's why they're still on top, and it's hard to compete...

I hate the running because sometimes people will just run trough you randomly or your defender will bounce against him it’s a bit weird
