.28 is what Jason over at Dizzy recommended, careful gapping them yourself though the electrode is fragile AF. Also if you haven't done a carbon clean in a while I'd definitely do that, I use CRC gdi valve and turbo cleaner right at the manifold where the vacuum line is pointing at the radiator.

Keep an eye on your coolant. Get tuned by Tune+. Having learned the hard way. I would leave the car as is. If you decide to push it more…prepare for an engine replacement. Stock clutch will clamp up to 380wtq. Just replace it with the oem one. Iirc, ap racing did the clutch for the fiesta st.

@@GriffinBlanchard sounds like good news! Any time you go over 300whp it’s going to be a crapshoot. Also depends on how you drive the car. I had my car tuned 3 years ago and per vdyno logs, with 3psi less on 91....I was getting better power with Tune+ than my final Dizzy 91 tune with the whoosh hybrid. On the e30 tune, I was getting 20whp more with Tune+ on vdyno than with Dizzy. With California fuel, I was around 260-270 with dizzy where as I was getting consistently in the 285 range with Tune+. My data logs were done on a road from point A to point B and from the same point B back to the same point A...was getting near identical vdyno’s for every pull so I know I was on a flat road. I love the whoosh hybrid turbo. I ended up switching to the s280 cause it handles higher boost levels better than the whoosh hybrid (ended up going with the xdi pump and +30 injectors). I didn’t want to keep running the whoosh at 28.5 psi so I made the switch. I have a 2019 so I don’t have to smog for another 4 years. When it’s time, I’ll revert back to the whoosh hybrid along with the oem components to pass the visual on the car. Enjoy the car bro. Mine is currently at the shop with a new block and new cylinder head. Valve lifters en route then the build continues. Can’t wait to get my daily driver back...currently racking up the miles on my Type R. 😬
