KOREAN LETTUCE SALAD Recipe: maangchi.com SALAD DRESSING: 1 head of lettuce, chopped* 2 cloves of garlic minced 1 green onion, chopped, 1/2 an onion, sliced thinly 2 TBSP soy sauce 1 tsp fish sauce (or salt) 1 tsp sugar 1 TBSP distilled white vinegar 2 TBSP Korean pepper flakes (gochugaru) 1 TBSP sesame oil 1 TBSP toasted sesame seeds ⁃ Mix this all together until well combined ⁃ Combine with lettuce when read to eat. *red or green leaf lettuce is preferred but I personally love romaine lettuce

All babies will do this at that stage. They don’t see actions and motions in the same sequences we do so it makes them wonder and curious. it depends what developmental leap they are in at the time, also.
