Whatever you are paying Nick, double it! Instead of just putting an arrow graphic to highlight areas of the warehouse, dude made an arrow ran around with it and recorded himself. When talking about the merch he made speech bubbles for those 2 seconds of video. I love the whole team but Nick was MVP material in the background for little touches viewers probably aren't even paying much attention to. I love it! ❤

Fun Fact! Your low rolling teal platform has a long and storied history. It’s called an Ekkyklema and it was originally invented by the Greeks. It was used in theatre to roll actors that were supposed to be dead out on stage (since no one in Ancient Greek Theatre is shown to die on stage…except in the play Ajax.) I kid you not, I’m halfway through getting a PhD in theatre and this is one of the things I mention when I teach intro classes to freshman 😂. So ya, congrats Ten Hun on making an Ekkyklema through divergent evolution! You may not have known you were paying homage to a 2,500 yr old tradition, but you did!

At the janitor sink where 100 hun has his brushes drying , dont hang them as they do. Hang them brush head pointing down so you dont get paint residue down in the metal bit that can come back out once wet and it stops them rusting too.

The lighting in your studio is so crisp. I'm fascinate by how you lit such a huge space in a way that makes it cozy. I don't think I've ever seen a giant warehouse room look so cozy, especially when it's not packed with stuff. It's really something to learn from.

I love seeing the full thing come together after watching you revamp it from an empty warehouse to what it is now. So sick! (S/O to Nicky as well, the one problem I had with getting some merch a while ago was solved really quick with her help) I also appreciate the work that you put into your merch, it's some of the best I own from a KZreadr, up there with Ray Narvaez Jr. and I think that's because you both have very similar set ups for how you acquire and send your stuff out.

Sissy the scissor lift ❤ All in all dude, this stuff is amazing, seeing you invest back into the whole thing, helping other artists... So inspiring. I've had dreams for years here in Australia and worked hard to get the education in business and management but my son (now 14) came into my care fulltime single parent just as I was starting out and he's special needs, so priorities changed. I've watched you for years and get to at least watch from afar. Thankyou so much for keeping even us who are limited by other life things inspired and able to still feel slightly connected to a great community of 'get it done' types. 💜

Is your insurance company cool with you giving a detailed breakdown of all your gear and inventory and where it’s located LOL. Hopefully you have a good security system. 😜 And don’t forget the ceiling/roof. I worked in a building that had a warehouse in it and they cut a hole in the roof and emptied the warehouse that way. Sorry to sound negative, I just find this absolutely bonkers.

for the loft storage area with the low ceiling , you could use flat carts on casters to pile things on top of . Put some kind of rope or chan on them which you can run up to where the clearance is more reasonable and pull the carts to you thus allowing you to use the storage space without having to wreck your back accessing it.
