My Hoya Collection | A Lot of Hoyas
Ойын-сауық
Hey guys! I'm going to show you all my Hoya houseplants in this video! How the heck did I get so many Hoyas? Oh yeah, its cause I keep buying Hoyas! They really are great house plants to keep. Most of the hoyas aren't too hard to keep happy. And every single one of them is so AMAZING in its own way. So many Hoyas to choose from. Which Hoyas do you have? Which Hoyas are you looking for? Any tips for the Hoyas I have in my collection?

Love your Hoya’s, don’t stop! And I love your decorating style! 👍🏻😀
The views from your window, breathtaking!! The hoyas are amazing too.
Stef you need to stop worrying about the haters. Call the plant what ever you feel comfortable with. You do you. Also the plants you are having trouble with could use a shot of nutrients. I mix a 50/50 mix of blood meal and bone meal. Sprinkle a teaspoon over the soil and water in. You could give it a a stir into the soil. It will also help with deformed leaves. The new ones will be normal. Love the black pagoda behind your hoya in the last shot. Love all hoyas.

It's like a hoya heaven. I really want more and your videos always give me ideas for my wishlist. Of the ones I currently have, I think my favorite is the pubicalyx I have. I don't know which one it is but I grew it from cuttings that I got from a neighbor so I'm extra proud of its survival. Tomorrow I am getting another pubicalyx from someone I met recently. It's a "red buttons". I can hardly wait. Black Friday plant!

Oh my gosh Step, I knew you had an extensive Hoya collection, but I never realized how big it actually is. I have the Obovata, the Carnosa, Pubicalix, Hindu rope, Krimson Princess and Hoya Curtisii. I do want to get a few more, but I think after I get the sun room, and the backporch with the new window, then I can think about increasing my Hoya collection. I love your Hoya room, so many beautiful ones. I am really impressed with all of the different ones you have. It's gotta be so much fun seeing all of the rare and beautiful ones you have in your collection. Thank you so much girlfriend for sharing, I just love seeing all of the beautiful plants you have, love your videos so much, giggle at your humor, and am so grateful to call you my dear friend. Till the next video, take care, stay warm, and I will see you soon, love you bye for now.

With Hoya the either grow roots or leaves..that retusa may like a smaller pot.its working hard to fill that pot with roots...I got a ton of Hoya we should trade , I import some great ones
So many beautiful hoya
That view!!!!!!
Awesome collection, but I would never say Hoyas I hate. There are none I could possibly hate. Just like a little less than others. Thanks for your video, enjoyed your voice pitch. You sound really happy. Love, Love your hoyas, I only have (3) small starters ones. They are so hard to find here in Florida, Boynton Beach.

Hi Stef! You have a beautiful Hoya collection, WOW! I like all of them, but would love to find the Curtisii. I love the tiny leaves and the color. Did you buy it big like that? Just curious as to how fast it grows. I always enjoy your videos and am looking forward to the collaboration video! Thank you so much for sharing your Hoya collection!

Thanks Sandy! My curisii has grown probably a foot this summer. It is crazy, but it did come in that big pot.
I keep my embricata in 2 terrariums so if one dies which has happened I have another , they are doing well !
that mathilde is dehydrated. mine started to look like that and i put the whole small pot in a bag for about a month and the leaves plumped right up.
Hi stef Try growing these two cool growing hoyas . Should do well for you . Hoya fungii Hoya globulosa
Nice video!
Just a tip, I don't know where you live, but for the best growth and blooms on the polyneura I recommend hanging it outside in a covered position for the summer, and into the cooler fall months which has always brought mine into bloom. Mine just finished up blooming, and I have been growing it for over a decade, But I have found that it does not rebloom on the old spurs.

So gorgeous! Can you believe I don't have a single hoya?!?! I have lots of beautiful plants - pop over to my channel sometime to meet them - but not one hoya! Something I NEED to change this winter! 💚💚💚
💕💕💕
Thank you for showing us all of your hoyas! Loooove them!! A question for you if I may.... what temp is ‘cool’ in your house for hoya polyneura and do you let the leaves wrinkle at all before watering? Or what does the plant/leaves do to show signs of thirst? I just got a baby one and am gathering care tips...... so GLAD to hear you say it hasn’t been difficult, i was/am intimidated to have it/care for it

Also, I have a linearis that is thriving- I’m wondering if the fish tail hoya likes similar conditions and will do well with me too.....
@StefHall

Yes, mine are in the same room and doing well. The polyneura sort of droops when it is wanting water.
I love your Microfila and yes...keep buying Hoyas so we...LOL can buy more through you. HEE HEE..! Are you shipping during the winter 🥶?
Wonderful collection! I have a question. I bought a carnosa rubra about a month ago and I have been watching it acclimate to my home. It had little baby leaves when I bought it but they mostly dried & dropped and they are trying to grow again. So that’s good. Do you think it is just trying to acclimate? Or do you think that it’s not getting enough water? Thanks for your thoughts. It’s my second Hoya. I killed my last one about 5 years ago but I didn’t know what I was doing. I love this one and I want it to live!! Ps. It’s hanging 2 feet away from a south facing window with a sheer curtain up. Any ideas or tips would be fabulous! Thank you!! 🌱♥️

How often do you water it? Is it in a big pot or root bound? If the leaves are growing, that is a great sign that is well or at least that it will be!
Does your Hoya Bella makes dark purple flower, I bought a plant without the name and it resemble your Hoya Bella and it’s growing beautiful dark purple flowers. My favourite Hoyas are the Kerri and Hindu rope.

Amezing collection. Hoya is a plant of temp. rg.? I am from India. I have one hoye, just bought. It is Hoya comendiana( may be wrong spelling, sorry) But my leaves r less green ,more lighter in col. Is it due to climate?plz let me know.
How do you clean the leafs
