same.. trouble in the battery?

For everybody that's wondering if your Hoverboard is not turning on there is some things that could be happening. You can have a test so if you plug it in and it's turning on, but as soon as you take the plug out, it turns out it means that your battery is dead you can't do anything but get a new battery and replace it. It's not difficult to replace it but the battery can cost to $50.

Try plugging it in and pressing the button and if it flashes yellow or orange and beeps then you need to replace the battery

I need help with mine please! So mine doesn’t turn on but when I put it on the charger it says it’s fully charged and it’s green and then I unplug it and it won’t turn on !

I have to hold the button and it makes a beeping sound but that’s it. The power block is green when plugged in but once hoverboard is plugged in the light goes away.

If your hoverboard is doing this then it’s in sleep mode, I just got a hover board for Christmas and if you haven’t went on your hover board for at least 3 months not charged then it will go in sleep mode. I learned this from reading the manual, you can look up tutorials on how to take it out of sleep mode, and look at your manual. This is all I know so far, I hope i helped! :) Question down below in the comments if your still confused and need help! I will try my best to help you with more problems from your hover board!

@Steve Harrington Okay, I have a solution. You might have to unscrew the back of your hoverboard, then see if there are any lose cables, I saw this on a KZread tutorial. I recommend you seeing a KZread tutorial and not listen to me. Just look up “How to unscrew the back of your hoverboard to fix your hoverboard when it turns off automatically.” Or just look up.. “How to fix your hoverboard if it’s not turning on.” Hope this helps!

@Steve Harrington and also remember that you can only ride your hoverboard for a couple of hours until you have to charge it again. So for now, before looking up tutorials, see if it’s charged from the light of your cable. ( Your charger. ) It turns red when it’s charging, and green when it’s finished.

@@mistytacos7197 so you basically can’t, try holding it for 10 seconds to reset it. If that doesn’t do anything then hold it again for an extra 5 seconds.
