The water always recedes after an overflow, in just a few days. He doesn’t have expensive furniture to worry about, everything is rainproof!

Monkeys all have their own charakter. They could be very traumatized, because the mother is shot to get the young monkey in many cases.

In the mountains of Vietnam there are no taxing agencies or government entities to govern the people, as is done in the big cities at sea level. It is like in Appalachia, the people are poor but help each other, and use the trees to build homes for themselves. The elderly who live alone are most at risk, but the younger people continue to live up in the “hollers”, going down the mountain everyday, to work at local businesses. This guy could teach these people a thing or two about building. He can do so much with so few tools, it’s simply amazing. 5 stars!!

Do you have friends who allow you to build cottages and cabins on their land, for free or a fee? Can you build simple structures using native materials on desolate and mostly uninhabited public lands and mountains, where there are no services or government entities to help you? Is it treated like camping ⛺️ except your tent is made out of wood? 😅 Or do you own or rent a huge part of a mountain, where you can build in all different locations, using hardwoods or else bamboo, whatever is available. Reclamation of lands can be very profitable as well. Can you tell your viewers how many days this project took to complete? How far away is your real home from this location? Note: That round dowel fitted into a hole, as shown on your railings on top, is also a great idea for making a hinge for a door to open and close. Remember the lintel has a hole in it as well.

If this were a western video, it would be called “Have machete, will travel” (or build). Seems a person can do most everything with a machete, especially with bamboo. They are used in Central and South America to trudge through the jungles and clear a path. I live in Ohio, USA and I need a machete to cut the wild grapevines that threaten our trees, in 60 acres of woods. Clippers just can’t do the job. Will buy one online, of hardened steel, to last me 15 years at least, and to pass on to the next generation!

Your work is truly amazing and you are incredibly talented! 🎉 It’s also so nice of you to build your monkey friend a nice, big jungle-gym to play in despite him/her really trying to steal the show every chance they could with their cuteness! @primitivevilla Also, I gotta say, it was mighty kind of you to build a monkey-only door (20:32) for them! Some people call them windows, but “monkey door” just seems more fitting in this scenario. 👏🏼😂❤

I’m obsessed with watching these Vietnamese videos, even if helped by videographer and another person, because he does most of the hard labor. I wonder how his right arm feels at night, after pounding and sawing all day long?! But, YT monetizes his vids, according to how many Likes, Subs, and Shares this vid receives. So smash those buttons, and give this guy a good boost. Then he can buy a solar generator to provide electricity and lights at night, and to charge battery packs, and power a fan and a computer, to upload his videos daily to KZread.

Remember, they kicked our butts out after eliminating one million of them, and using agent Orange to defoliate their forests. 50,000 of ours went home in body bags. Not sure why that war was fought, they sure weren’t a threat to the USA. China laughed at our mistakes and failures. We lose respect worldwide when democrats wage war, and lose to a lesser enemy. Water always recedes after a flood, furniture gets ruined, but that is not a problem here! Wooden home lasts about 100 years. Longer if wood protection is added every 10 years.
