In this video, I have shared my ragging experience at IIT Indore in my first year of engineering. After clearing JEE Advanced I was excited to go to IIT but things changed in the initial few days only.
I had my first interaction with my seniors and I was very nervous along with my 2 more friends from the first year who were with me during that interaction.
I thought it was ragging, but our seniors called it a personality development program, which I couldn't understand initially. I have shared how such interaction helped shape my personality and much more.
Ragging is the most unprofessional thing that can happen to a student in their college. Many students every year take negative steps because of ragging at college.
Top colleges like IITs, NITs and IIITs have made strict rules against ragging of students at any level. Many student bodies are formed in the college like anti-ragging committees to take action against such activities.
