I’m glad to see you have all four of those kits. It is nice to see people get their “Holy Grail’s” in their stash to build. Currently, I’m working on late 70’s, 80’s and 90’s Camaro as I can afford them. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for watching! Yes it's been a long time looking for the Papa Truck that wasn't $200+ dollars, those are cool car years, and it does coast a lot to do models and collect the ones you want.

What a cool way to pay tribute to your Uncle! I have that white race truck but did not know that had a series of 4 race trucks an haulers! Thanks for sharing this!

Thank you, me too, Uncle Brian was an awesome uncle, he's been gone a long time now but I have a lot of great memories with him and that's why I'm doing these trucks.

Awesome you have all 4 of them. Sorry for your Loss. These will be an awesome tribute to your uncle. A BluestreekCustoms look to those trucks will be so cool. 👊👍🤘

That's great Marc!! A few weeks ago hobby lobby had the black race truck and I blew it 40% off! I thought I had it in my stash.... Now I can't find it again!! Ugh!!! ..good luck with your tribute build for your uncle your a good man!

Thank you very much sir, Yes they are all getting hard to find now, My dad has the 2 black ones in Alberta and will bring them here when he moves here this summer, The Papa Truck is the hardest one to get.

I just wanted to let you know the Tire Brand is "BAN DAG" not Bandang. DAG. Bandag is a Tire Retreading Business out of Muscatine, Iowa. Jerry "Tyrone" Malone was a close personal friend of our family. We met him in 1967 at The Minnesota State Fair when all he had was Little Irvy the Frozen Whale. My Brother and I were just getting started as well as The World's Youngest Professional Daredevils. We were 5 and 6 years old. Jerry came into the Racetrack and introduced himself and he and my Dad hit it off and were the best of friends until the day Tyrone Passed away in 1997. He called me when I was in College in 1981and offered me a job driving for him. He made me an offer I couldn't pass up and I left school flew to California to the Shop and started hauling the Boss Truck of America on the back of the Mama Truck and Little Irvy while Jerry finished his tour in Europe. Once he came back I started driving the Papa Truck and The Super Boss along with the Smokey Bear Corvette in the shows across the country. I just wanted to educate you on what those Tires actually are. They were designed by Jerry and Bandag in IOWA. They are ACTUALLY RECAPS. It's a process called Cold Curing. Back then it was mainly being done on Truck Tires A Retread cost less than Half the price of a new tire, and truck tire3s are really expensive. We met 2 people that had over 1 million miles on the same Tire Cores/Casings. It was mind-blowing to even think that was possible. Jerry's tires were put on brand new tire cores. The rubber was made just for him without the treads. Fronts and Rears were all retreads. That's why it was such a great match for that sponsorship. Thank you for sharing your build on the TM Fan Page. I literally got goose bumps when I saw how beautiful those trucks turned out. I was building the Papa Truck with Jerry while we were on the road in 1981 on his Tour Bus and had it hid under one of the lounge chairs. When Jerry went out with his Wife I was watching his 4 year old daughter and she started jumping from couch to chair and the model slide out from under the chair and she fell on top of it and destroyed it. It was almost done too. Heartbreaking. Anyway I'm sure if your interested in the Bandag Re-Treading Process they probably have something on You Tube. Again Absolutely Incredible Building of those trucks. I'm really sorry for the long stories but he was a big part of my life and a truly wonderful man.

Thank you very much sir, Yes I've learned a lot since I got these trucks, and still doing all kinds of research on all of them, I'm planning on custom building all the other trucks that they done make models of, if you have any photos of the trucks that could help me build them, I would love to get them if possible please. I love the info and history that goes with the trucks, I'm building these trucks in Honor of my uncle Brian, I remember as a kid, seeing him build these 4 trucks, and when he died saving people in the apartment building that he was living in, all his trucks were lost as well, so I'll be putting his name on all the trucks as I build them, Me, my dad and him saw Mr. Malone when they came to Kenworth in Edmonton Alberta Canada, I was just a little kid then, I believe it was in the early 80's but my dad was telling me about it when I started getting these trucks to build.

Got 3 of them built like dale earnardtjr and srs trucks and cars on them they look like matchbox white rose
