    I also use almost same method, 1 scoop asitis whey isolate, 30gm oats, 2 bananas, 4 dates, 400gm milk, one tablespoon peanut butter… blend it and drink after morning workout section … its delicious…40-45 gms protein,500-600 calories….

    I think Arpit uses Musclenectar whey protein. Indeed one of the best Indian brands out there in terms of Quality. Their packaging is also great. Only downside is very mild taste in Chocolate.

    2 queries 1- since you have your breakfast after a long time, it has been said to have protein immediately upon waking up to get our body in anabolic phase 2- it is recommended by few youtubers to avoid Fats with whey protein as it whey protein increases our metabolism and Fats decrease it so we are wasting our whey Please suggest

    Whey protein doesn’t have any bad effects on any body parts… ON is a good brand but way too expensive… Instead go for Indian brands like asitis, muscleblaze etc

    Kidneys function is filtering blood, not just whey but any kind of protein makes the kidney work more than usual, that doesn't mean it's harmful. Our kidneys are incredibly adaptive and people can also survive only on 1 kidney, the kidney problems are observed in patients who already have some kind of kidney damage, use whey but I would recommend drink a lot of water as it aids the kidney and makes it works less

JUST HAVE AROUND 1.7 - 1.8 G OF PROTEIN PER KILO OF YOUR BODY WEIGHT IF YOU WORKOUT LIKE FIVE DAYS A WEEK OR MORE FOR AROUND 90 MINS GOOD OR INTENSE STRENGTH TRAINING EACH DAY. IF YOU ARE OVERWEIGHT OR OBESE PLEASE DO CONSULT A NUTRITIONIST ABOUT YOUR PROTEIN INTAKE AND DIET. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE OVER 1.7 - 1.8 G PROTEIN ANY DAY AS IT MAY PUT SOME MORE WORK LOAD FOR OUR KIDNEY & LIVER.     @@aakashsharma8869 take the same mixture he made...add berries and some extra oats to it. Mix well but Don't blend and leave in a bowl over night. It's soo good the next morning.
