I cared for my mother for 12 years. She had dementia and it was hard. I am so thankful I had the opportunity to care for her. It was an honor.

The doctors office scales are always 5 lbs higher than my home digital scale.

I'm so glad your heart is doing so well. My husband had an ablation 5 years ago - after several heart attacks over 16 years - and a stroke. Unfortunately, after so much damage, his heart gave out on him almost 1-1/2 years ago.

I had a-Fib from chemotherapy 2 years ago. "Chemo driven a-Fib". It landed me in intensive care. I was treated for it a bit differently, but I never had another attack. Still fighting cancer...but I am still here and doing okay and can love on my grandkids and enjoy life some...so no complaints. I am so glad you are doing well. I do enjoy your videos and have made your recipes with my grandkids too. They love to be in the kitchen with their Gramma. I enjoyed walking through your garden with you ..I was laughing when the sound shut off...I knew you'd fill us in later. 😊

I’m so happy to hear your tests went well. I’ve had a little trouble the past few weeks with my blood pressure so the doctor increased one of my meds and put me on a new one also. I’m nit sure why my BP is acting up all of a sudden but I’m doing all I can to keep it down.

When you buy magnesium make sure it's magnesium glycerinate. It absorbs the best. A nutritionist at the hospital recommend it to me.
