Bro i am currently on my 4 month.... They are pretty much long... Comes right upto mid of my nose.... But my parents are not happy.... They want me to get a haircut.... But i will not😁..! I will stretch the process upto diwali..... Will persuade them howsoever. ... Then go for entire year..

4 things on a daily basis.. 1. Diet (Protein, Biotin, Omega3) 2. Detangle 2times/day 3. Drink enough water.(3-4L daily) 4. Massage skull for 5 mins everyday. Day01: Oiling at night. (Make sure to use it on end of your hair, and massage on your skull well, Heat the oil before oiling.) Day02: Shower, Shampoo, Conditioner, hair sirum. (Dont use warm water, use water of room temperature or lower than that. Dont use conditioner on skull, use it on hair end. Use hair sirum after shower.) Drying your hair is crucial, go easy with this process. Keep your hair dryer in lowest temperature setting. Dont mess with hair when the hair is wet. Day03,04,05: Do 4 things mentioned in the beginning in daily basis. Day06: Use hair musk/ Oiling. Shampoo. (Hair musk remedy can be made out of your kitchen appliances.) [ this is a note i took for myself, hope this will be helpful for everyone.]

Informative as usual!😄 But on the non-shampoo days, is it Ok to wet hair while bathing or does one shouldn't? Esp, on the basis of the scalp-type (from producing low to high sebum)..

What to do after workout ?? Should I washed it with water or keep as it is .
Loved your video man! Just one thing tho, the amount of sulphate and paraben added is about 0.1% which is only used as a preservative, so I don't think it should be an issue. It just a marketing strategy by big companies so that they can write 'Chemical free product' otherwise all the ingredients are same as usual.

Thx I tried this product ☺️ Now I don't have any hair issues because I don't have any hair left. ( My tips for hair growth - just maintain your diet and let them grow "don't use any product" because it highly dependent on genetics )

@@kodoaok626 no I won't suggest you to wash you hair daily but you can wash your hair or shampoo it for every 3 days ,if you think you your hair is sweaty wash it gently with only cold water ,no hot water at all,I won't suggest you to wash it daily but wash it only with cold water and do no use shampoo daily
