Mine is to get up every day at 5 AM (or earlier), fill my Royal Caribbean souvenir mug with coffee at the cafe and roam around the deserted ship. Or search for a quiet spot to read (not easy to find, even at 5 AM).

Mine is to drink and eat what I want! Cruise calories are free!!

Absolute favorite thing to do on a cruise is go for a walk around the ship either after everyone is asleep or very early before everyone wakes up. The night aesthetic on a cruise is unmatched. The guilty part is if I plan ahead of time on doing it the next morning I'll order straight shots the night before and keep in the cooler for the morning to pour into my freestyle cup of orange Fanta because the bars aren't open early in the morning.

I've never got a massage, never seen a whale, never been on a cruise ship, never been to Wonderland, never had a 30 th anniversary, myself and my wife are doing it all July 12th on Ovation of the Seas!!! Woo hoo!

My guilty pleasure is Ranger Cookies! Even though I have sensitivity to gluten and dairy, I can't resist that chewy, crispy goodness. Totally worth the mild tummy ache!

My wife and I will always go to the windjammer and sit at the very back where we can watch the wake drink our coffee for a couple hours

I just went a few weeks ago for the first time and I booked a massage for departure night. It was awesome! After all the heat and craziness at the airport, it was exactly what I needed. I made it for the last appt. of the day, after dinner, and then just chilled back to my room into a blissful sleep.

@@Km007504 there are two sides to the breakfast menu. Anything on the Continental side is free: coffee, tea, juice, pastries, fruit, cereal and yogurt. The other side is hot breakfast like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes. That has a service charge of $7.95 per delivery. You can order as much as you need for that one fee.

Totally agree. Love the suite lounge and Coastal Kitchen. Wonder has the absolute best suite experience of any Oasis class ships!!

We have used the spa on every cruise. That's my time and it's a non-negotiable. I also like to do breakfast in our cabin every morning. It's my wake up call and I can start the day slow and enjoy the view.

Guilty pleasure for me is splurging on a glass of Louie XIII cognac at the Champagne Bar for $125. It’s very expensive but it is so good.

@@Robert-nn8nc if you have the drink package they deduct the price of the standard allowance which was $14. If I remember right without the drink package the glass (1 ounce pour) was about $140.

Oh so many, where do I start? I'm with you on cabanas, pizza, and gambling. I also love going through the pool deck about an hour after the chair hogs "reserved" their chairs and removing their belongings. Then by the afternoon, I need a nap. Balcony naps are the best.

Strawberry Daiquiri is my first drink as soon as I get on the ship. It just signals to me vacation has started!

Took 3 generations on a cruise, rented a cabana at Coco Cay, it was the best money I ever spent on a vacation. One spot for everyone to meet up, plenty of towels and food. Everyone loved it. My guilty pleasure is getting cookies after the shows to take back to the room to snack on before bed.

Yup. 3 generations on our first one. 1 baby boomer, 1 Gen X, Millennial (I fit more with X...born 81/82), and a Gen Alpha. We loved it. So worth it especially in the sun.

The popcorn smell cuts through the smoke in Casino Royal and drags me out to get some! It should ABSOLUTELY be free; it costs far less to make than almost anything else we get for free on the ship. They could keep it's sale for shows and such but for the love of Pete, make it free. My wife and I can't not play air hockey when we walk near the arcade.

Shows , watermelon, bumper cars, the view from the deck above the bridge, and mocktails.

Deluxe drink package is one of ours. We have substantially cut back on drinking in our daily life, but when its a cruise, we like to go all out and not have to worry. We tend to go on cruises to celebrate things such as our anniversary (this year we're going for my birthday instead). Im gonna order a breakfast margarita if i feel like it lol We love to explore the ship super late (im not a morning person but i can make an exception for the sunrise) and we also love exploring the different bars and trying new drinks without having to worry about price. We've found some new favorites (and not favorites) doing that. It's a vacation, we're celebrating, not having to worry about the money on the ship is so nice

Swirl soft-serve in a cup with a spoon. If you mix it up its basically a Wendy's Frosty.

I agree a late night trip to Sorrentos is great.

Try the unlimited dining package, go eat at chops at 5:30 and place a to go order for pick before the close at Izumi (after the show) place sushi in your fridge, now you really have a great late night snack, remember , it’s all you can eat , just not the same venue in the same meal , so order a to go plate and go to town

Guilty pleasures have become routine since I've been on many RCL cruises. I always enjoy the blackjack tournament for $25. The "quarter machine" at the casino entrance on Anthem is always fun. Also, before going to sleep, a sweet treat from Cafe Promenade is always enjoyable.

Cabana! First visit we got a Chill Island Cabana. We LOVED it. Sorry, can't imagine the regular loungers after that. We paid $1299 this year. Booked a 2025 on Adventure and as soon as we coulr purchase we had The Key and a cabana. Cabana is currently $2199. Icon in port same day so expected. Hopefully we can afford a overwater cabana one day. They're over $5000 on our 2025 cruise. 😂

Always book the Royal Suite! My daughter doesn’t care for all of her bells & whistles of the boats. Also, since we live in Central Florida it’s way easier to book a cruise based on the room. So…it’s a win-win for my family of 3!

First cruise wife and I went on, she was scared to be on the ship, so I got the royal suite. It was great but set a precedent. Haven’t been able to get her into anything less than owners suite now… have been on 6 cruises. And have 3 on the calendar. My pockets hurt. lol

But….I also can tell you love every cruise with your wife SO your wallet smiles while taking a hit! 🥰

I'm with you, Matt, Sorrentos after 10 pm. There also used to be these Turkey sandwiches at Cafe Promenade ..just Turkey, some mayo and they were nothing special but after 10pm..I couldn't get enough of them. It was like a drug. Haven't seen that particular sandwich in awhile. There are other variations but just not the same.

My favorite splurge is to get passes to the Coco Beach Club. My wife and I don't like loud music and the Club has much less noise than other parts of the island. Add to that the infinity pool, umbrellas/chairs with wait staff and the great food at the restaurant, and it's a no brainer.

Removing towel on pool deck I've seen alone for 30 minutes. 😂 Buy ice cream (formerly Ben & Jerry's) extra money when I could get a free cone on the pool deck. Leave a mess at the table even if the MDR staff clears quickly. Waste money on a new ship model. Only time it's free is the rare onboard credit we have. Eating and drinking everything I want. I'm overweight and on land I workout daily and have been working to lose weight. On RCCL it's 2 appetizers, an entree, and 2-3 desserts in MDR. It's a soft serve cone every night. Fruity; sweet drinks etc. I go back to low carb when we debark

Hey Matt! Where in CT were you from! New Haven area here, now in NC! So far I think my guilty pleasure is like a lot of others posting here so far. I'm an early riser and enjoy getting my Cafe Mocca and going on deck to try and catch the sun rise. Then just enjoy the peacefulness of the early morning!

The gym. They're fully equipped and often a ship will have some new pricey gizmos you'd never find at a local gym.

i assume i'm going to lose even without thinking... it was late at a casino and my cousin said "we're heading back to the room are you almost done?" and i said "i just have to lose this first" and pointed the chips in front of me. hmm i wonder what the dealer thought of that 🙂

Karaoke. I can't sing at all, but I love doing Karaoke. Did a lot of songs on Harmony last year.

Mine is when the Jacuzzi is completely empty and I just float on my back in it all by myself. As for the pizzas. I wonder what kinds you can get? Or even how wild can you can get them customed made?

I'll eat more pizza on a cruise than I will in a year total. Last cruise I did in April of 2024, I had a few slices an hour or so before bed each night. The cabanas are nice, but pricey, so it's nice if you split the costs with other people that are going.

About to go for our first time 🎉 mine will be leaving our toddler with the daycare during shore time so I can go scuba diving, and my husband can explore the local eats. He’s really young and has no sense of stranger danger (hugs are how he says hello), so I wouldn’t be able to enjoy myself if I was watching him constantly. It’ll make playing with him once I get back to the ship even better!

RC should change the casino to smoke-free. Its hard to breathe in there

My guilty pleasure is the Royal Refresher package. I love unlimited cappuccino and mocktails. I just wish they included non-alcoholic beer. With Princess get Princess Plus for a lower price (once I factor in gratuities and WiFi) and I can get non-alcoholic beer too, or alcohol too but I don’t drink.

The pizza special changes each day (thus had that special the wntire day), like bbq, Hawaiian etc, so sometimes you just don’t like that pizza then it sucks not having anything else to eat late

Indian food! Breakfast room service, rock climbing, awesome gym, beautiful solarium views... those are my first thoughts of what's included that I absolutely LOVE. I really don't spend extra except maybe one or two frufru cocktails. I hope you love it!!!!
