Hello from AZ (Go Snakes!) Great vid 👍 Beckett Grading is infinitely better-looking than PSA. And PSA abbreviates everything - looks like an alien language on the label but I know investors trust it more, sadly. When I was a kid I subbed to Beckett magazine and it was dapper back then, and still is today. Couldn't wait to run to my mailbox and scoop each month's copy. Thanks Dr. Beckett for making the hobby a bit better (and thx to Topps for having better designs than Panini trash that looks like a child designed it w/Paint on a 2002 PC) *P.S. those Ultraviolet inserts are some of the sickest card designs ever. Up there w/'89 UD and '90 Leaf!

I know people go crazy about 10's but the more you submit to PSA the better grades you will get all together it's common sense. Great PSA order with all those 10's must have made a huge killing with this return.

P.S. Some DBacks fans wanna buy your red Kershaw so they can use it as a drink coaster pool-side at Chase Field for the upcoming W.S. games - lmk ! Kershaw is the pitcher version of Mike Trout. OVERRATED.

man, the left/right centering on that last Shohei card is not 10-worthy...looks like it would be a solid 9, but definitely not worthy of being a 10...I know I wouldn't pay what other valid PSA 10s go for if I was looking at that card, say, on Ebay...

Up charging because the card gets a high grade is borderline extortion. Giving a card a higher grade doesn't increase the cost to them to grade the card and a lot of the time PSA is just wrong about the actual value of a card.

The upcharge is for insurance purposes. Cards worth more cost more to insure.

@@StrykerBreaks Hitman Rips was up charged on his Mac Jones white sparkle 1/1 autograph that he got graded in person at the 2022 National. PSA said as a 10 it was worth over 100k but he had an offer for like 75k if it graded a 10. And if I remember correctly he paid several thousand dollars extra.

No other grading company upcharges so upcharges are just an old fashion shakedown. F'ing ridiculous. I'll never use PSA.
