Your grandpa is actually really good at making WoF oc’s. He did a great concept for a hybrid, using 2 rather underrated tribes and created something that I’m pretty sure hadn’t been done before. I love the concept of sort of tunnelling/swimming under the earth and attacking dragons that way, and with its own unique elements, like the fluorescent green eyes and fish like tail. He’s better at making oc’s than 73.296% of the WoF community

whenever i start a series my grandma also reads it and when i started WOF in like grade 2/3 she loved them, yesterday i was over and me and her had a convo about the love triangle between moon, winter and qibli and i didnt even need to explain anything to her! I think its awesome that your grandpa is taking time to understand all the tribes and he even references other ones while designing his own dragon!

This video randomly got reccomended to me. You two are just adorable together! Your grandpa is really creative and the art is fantastic! Makes me want to get back into the series again and create my own dragon, or make an AU for my OCs as dragons. Or since they are mostly medieval knights I could just toss them into the word how they are and see what happens if they interact with the dragons :D

It's so fun following through with your grandpa's creative process in making a Wings of Fire OC. And one thing niggling at me is the inspiration for how Tarantula is. Most people's OCs reflect how they are irl. So that means Tarantula is fierce and invincible, just like the great Grandpador 😄 Not to forget Bush, too! That art was incredible! Grandpador's reaction to it was absolutely golden. P.S. His Christmas present better be a "World's Most Awesome Grandpa" mug

Your Grandpas oc is so cool looking!! You dont see Mud/Sand hybrids very often, and Tarantula brings both sides of the hybrid together so well!! And i LOVE how the fish like tail aspect was incorporated through a damaged/wounded tail! His genuine excitement to seeing his oc has just plastered this giant smile on my face and i cannot wipe it off. Absolutley the greatest thing ive seen today.

Omg i love this! I used to have WOF OC that was also a mud sand hybrid named dune! He was not from a blood red egg but had the sand wings stinger and he had purpisfully broken off his horns to hide in sand and mus better! So cool to see you grandpa have a similar idea but the fin tail was so smart for better mobility while hiding!
