Recipe :
Pasta:
Water
Salt - 1 tsp.
Pasta - 220 g
Cook pasta until done
Drain the water
Vegetable fat
Onions - 1/2 pc
Fry for 1-2 minutes
Garlic - 2 pods
Cut into small pieces
Fry for 1 minute
Minced beef - 450g
Fry for 5-8 minutes
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp. / mustard - 1/2
Tomato sauce - 450 ml
Italian herbs - 1 tsp. / salt - 1 tsp.
Ground black pepper - to taste
Mix well
Cream 22% - 120 ml.
Fry for another 2 minutes
Add noodles to the minced meat

Recipe 2:
Minced meat - 500 g Minced meat - 500 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Tomato sauce - 300 ml
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Butter - 40g
Flour - 3 tbsp.
Milk - 500 ml
Stir until thick
nutmeg
Salt - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Cheddar cheese - 100g
Cheese - 100g
Add cheese to sauce
Noodles - 500g
Cheese - 100g
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Recipe 3:
Minced meat - 500 g
Fry for 5 minutes
Onion - 1 piece
Garlic - 2 cloves
basil
Brown sugar - 2 tsp. / Salt - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - to taste
Paprika - 1 tsp.
Oregano - 1 tsp.
Tomato paste - 140 ml
Chopped tomatoes - 400 ml
Philadelphia cheese - 300g
Egg - 2 pieces
Coriander/dill
Parmesan - 2 tbsp.
Water.
Lasagna sheets - 12-15 pieces.
Cook until done
Place them as shown in the video.
Mozzarella cheese - 100g
Bake at 180°C for 25-30 minutes
